THE FULL MONTY: MAMA DESPOINA
We were tasked with creating an internet identity and presence for Mama Despoina along with an e-shop that is easy to handle.
Mama Despoina is Despoina Sachinidou, a jewellery and handmade goodies creator. We needed to provide training, support and guidance.

EVENT: AEGEAN SKY LONDON MEET UP
We organised a London Meet Up for Aegean Sky in London.
Aegean Sky is a hotel in Malia, Crete. Their target audience is primarily 18 to 30, British in their majority.
The event took place in a London club with tickets going on sale 2 months before hand.
Our services included the event planning and organisation, any collateral necessary for the night, negotiations with the venue as well as a full communications and promotion brief.

WORKING FOR HOE STREET
We worked with Labour’s candidates for Hoe Street ward in Waltham Forest – Cllr Saima Mahmud, Mark Rusling and Ahsan Khan. We advised them on their website, their blog (which rocks by the way) and their election campaign techniques when it comes to digital media.

DIMITRIS KARAVASILIS
Our pro bono project for 2010. Dimitris Karavasilis is a wonderful Greek writer and teacher. We brought his online endeavours under one home, creating a website, advising on digital communications and training on the use of the CMS and digital media.

GOLDEN BAY HOTEL
One of our full-on projects dealing with the hotel’s systems, policy and communications. With the Golden Bay Hotel we handle their digital PR strategy, setting the policy, writing and distributing newsletters and staying in touch with holidaymakers. We also manage their communications with tour operators globally and their price updates for B2B contacts. Their Content Management System was set up to help their staff update their pages easily and quickly. We also developed their policy and help them refine it regarding accommodation, value added services etc. Finally we handle all their electronic communications and Social Media presence.

A systems and communications project. We handle their online booking systems,communications with tour operators globally and their price updates for B2B contacts. We also advise on online hospitality systems management and we are planning an overhaul of their digital services for the next season.
