This is the question we are asked the most. “How do you work? What is your process?”

While our processes change according to the needs of each project here is a short timeline of how we like to work.

Introductions: We want you to know about us (the more the better) and we want to know about you and your audience. We simply cannot help you until we understand who you are and what you need.

The Study: We go underground and study hard about what would work best in terms of strategy, design, content and overall approach. We will discuss this every step of the way and exchange opinions and ideas.

Decision Time: We present some choices and we discuss the how’s and the why’s. This is the fun part essentially – you get to choose which path you want to follow and we will help you do just that.

Development Time: This very much depends on the project. For our full-on policy projects, like when we work with hotels, we will take time to research, engage with stakeholders, develop policy with you based on your product offering and then find ways and strategies to communicate it. If we are talking about web development or communications projects the time-line is shorter.

Delivery: It’s time for us to give what we created to its rightful owner.

Into the future: We believe in lasting relationships. We will support you every step of the way and be there for any further development.
